Dallas Actor Headshots
Today I had the pleasure of meeting and shooting photos with Nancy, and actor in Dallas doing some work away from her New Orleans hometown. Now, I normally am a “corporate type” of headshot shooter, but every once and a while upon request I will take a shot (pun intended) at actor or model headshots. I really like shooting this type of stuff, but it’s not my usual area of expertise. Nancy needed a quick turnaround for some auditions and I was happy to help provide her with a few files she could get printed right away. We started off in the studio and went with a nice, simple gray background. Eventually we moved out onto our alcove, which is right outside our studio door for some available light headshots which turned out well. Nancy was a lot of fun to work with and made it easy for me to transition a bit from corporate to actor headshots today.
